I experienced the Sakaguradori Sake Tasting Tour in Saijo Higashi Hiroshima. It’s a 2-hour tour where you go to seven sake breweries in the area, learning about the process to make sake and tasting different kinds from the different companies. I tasted sake from:
- Kamotsuru
- Fukubijin
- Kamoizumi
- Hakubotan
- Kirei
- Saijotsuru
- Sanyotsuru
My top 3 Sake on the day
My top 3 favourite were the Hakubotan sake plum wine fusion, special Junmai-shu Himeama from Fukubijin and the Komotsuru Daijonjo Tokusei Gold.
