Elden Ring has been released now for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. After the dumpster fire that was Cyberpunk 2077, I was watching the development of Elden Ring while holding my breath. I am happy to report that other minor PC performance issues we avoided another Cyberskunk.
Limited “Soulsborne” Experience
I didn’t get a chance to play in any of the network tests from a while back so I have jumped into the game fairly fresh. I wouldn’t call myself a hardcore “Soulsborne” as the only games I have played are Darksouls 1 and 2 and one of my absolute favourite games of all time Sekrio: Shadows Die Twice.

I have only wiggled my big toe in the game so far, spending far too much time in the character creator then setting off as a Samurai. I intend to thwart all my challengers with my swords and a bow on my quest to discover the secrets of the Elden Ring.
