Its like Pokemon for Starbucks and it’s brilliant because not only do you collect stars you can exchange for free stuff but you get addicted to collecting more digital thingies. Japan is great at these stamp collecting, special editions, limited-time, seasonal promotion gimmicks and Starbucks Japan has mastered it. It’s like the sensation of Gotcha games every time you visit. I wonder in Jamaica coffee is still king in Japan?
