The Gold Rush Continues – Veronica defends her 200m Olympic title

It’s Official now, Jamaica is enjoying it’s best results ever at the Olympic Games. Veronica Campbell-Brown fought off the competition to defend her 200m Olympic title and Kerron Stewart finished well to clinch bronze.

Veronica Campbell-Brown celebrates her 200m victory

It’s was (and still is) pandemonium all over again in the streets and the celebrations look like they have no end in sight. I know for sure that workday or not I’ll be at the Airport on whichever day our athletes return to show my support and to congratulate them on a great performance.

The relay heats have started and our athletes look ready to add not only more medals but more gold medals to our tally and I can’t wait to catch those races.
