KAMI is a multiple award winning paper puzzle game first released on iOS but now available on Steam, Mac App Store, Google Play and Amazon. The simplistic but additive design features fold-out coloured paper squares which players use to adjust the colours to complete each level in as few moves as possible.
Kami means paper in Japanese and I initially stumbled upon this puzzle game while browsing the Google Play store and decided to give it a trial play and enjoyed it enough in the first few sittings to mention it here on my blog. This Japanese influenced paper puzzle game is a great casual game to play while riding public transportation, waiting in line or anywhere where you have a couple free minutes to work your puzzling muscles. Crossword puzzles are so 2009.
